The Hardin HD-334MF Tabletop Melting Furnace is a compact and efficient tool designed for artists and metalworking enthusiasts who need mobility, capable of melting up to 2 kilograms of various non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, lead, tin, zinc, and compatible alloys; it may also be used for melting precious metals like gold and silver under appropriate handling and temperature conditions, although no precious metals are included. Its pure graphite crucible offers excellent heat resistance, and the advanced PID temperature controller ensures accurate, stable regulation up to a maximum of 1150°C by checking temperature every 2 seconds. For optimal durability, it is recommended not to operate continuously for more than 3 hours without a 1-hour cooling period. Typical warm-up and melting time ranges from 10–15 minutes depending on the metal type and form.
