These sterile and nonsterile, medium binding, non-treated surface microplates are ideal for covering many standard applications, such as homogenous assays, screening, and storage. The polystyrene microplates are designed to enhance cleanliness, ensure outstanding recovery, and offer many options with color and number of wells. Three different bottom shapes are available: round (U) with no edges, flat (F) with a flat bottom, and curved (C) bottom. For easy identification of the surface type and well location, the 96-well standard format plates feature a gray color-coded embossing. With a chimney well type of design, each well is separated from each other to enhance cleanliness. The 384- and 1,536-well microplates feature rounded wells which allow optimal uniform meniscus formation.
